Boxing, sport, both amateur and professional, involving attack and defense with the fists. Boxers usually wear padded gloves and generally observe the code set forth in the marquess of Queensberry rules. Matched in weight and ability, boxing contestants try to land blows hard and often with their fists, each attempting to avoid the blows of the opponent. The boxing classes allow individuals to learn proper techniques and fight strategy while increasing endurance and strength. The classes focus on building personal goals, using individual strengths and abilities, while increasing self-esteem and capacities.

Also known as Cutman Hope, Coach Hope, having had a lifelong passion for boxing and as a former amateur boxer, the transition from competing to coaching and cornering was natural. My enthusiasm and intensity for mentoring and coaching both in the gym and in the ring is as constant as when I was training to compete. Boxing is a lifestyle; a way of life and I am in constant training and study of the “sweet science” . Whether I’m cornering a pro or a first time amateur, my enthusiasm, preparation and dedication is the same for every warrior.

Bradley AKA ‘B Smooth’ grew up admiring the great Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, and Lennox Lewis igniting his interest in the sport of boxing. As a teenager Bradley was drawn to many sports such as basketball, football, and track and field. One evening surrounded by a group of friends watching a high-profile boxing match, a young ‘B Smooth’ announced he was going to be Professional Boxer. The next day he joined the local boxing gym and within a few weeks won his first amateur fight. Through hard work and dedication, he went on to have an impressive amateur career which led to becoming a Professional Heavyweight Boxer. Bradley is hoping to pass on his knowledge and experience in the sport of boxing that he has received from his elite coaches throughout the years. Coaching has a way of drawing from our strengths and our ability to acknowledge our flaws. Bradley has always been passionate about helping people of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their health and fitness goals. ‘B Smooth’ hopes to inspire others to follow their dreams.
