In this 60 minute Intro to yoga class we will explore gentle asanas (traditional yoga poses) and pranayama (breath work). An optional guided meditation will be offered to help support all elements of this yogic practice. This class is great for beginners or anyone who would like to explore a traditional Hatha style yoga class.


This 60 minute deep stretch yoga class will give the individual the opportunity to release stress, muscle tightness and anxiety throughout the entire body. We will begin with warm up movements, building heat and flowing into static and dynamic stretching with traditional and non traditional yoga poses. Elements of breath work and meditation are incorporated into this practice offering the body time to relax and restore fully.

As a current lifelong student of yoga, I came to this sacred practice almost a decade ago. I found myself struggling in a very difficult part of my life’s journey. Searching for anything to help support me during my life at this time, I was introduced to a meditation and yoga practice and it was exactly what I needed. Studying here in North America I was able to receive certifications in Yoga, Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness and Mindfulness Meditation training. It is my hope now to help guide individuals to the abundant qualities and skill sets a yogic practice can offer.
